I'm wondering what is best to use for the pregnant belly cake? I've seen cupcakes or Wilton wonder molds used for the breasts in my searches through the forums.
I was planning on using a 1/2 soccer ball for the belly and cupcakes for the breasts (I don't own the wonder mold pans but would consider buying).
My biggest concern is: will this combo look proportionate??
Also, I need 15 servings -I'm assuming this will be close enough?
I have the option of supplementing with additional cupcakes.
TIA

I use the sports ball pan and the wilton mini wonder mold pan. I have heard of people using cupcakes but I would think you would have to carve them, the wondermold pan is the right shape, you just trim off the bottom to get the boobs the size you want. I have a few in my pics if you want to see the proportions.

If you dont have the pans you can also bake in bowls. I am baking a belly cake as we speak and the boobies were baked in a bowl and the belly I used a salad bowl. Other CC'ers have also baked in bowls with success icon_smile.gif
