I have been looking for a kosher nondairy margarine that is white, but have been unable to locate one. I know the Earth Balance Sticks are kosher, but I don't know what color they are.

So are the sticks white or yellow?

They're a pale yellow

pterrell, it is available to large factories, so I know it exists, just not on the consumer level.

No problem! We're a kosher - dairy bakery, but we do a lot of vegan cupcakes and cakes. Please let me know if you find any white margarine. I'll ask our distributors too.
