The cutting mat for the Cricut fits in the Dobord (cookie cutting board). Set at the thinnest setting, with the mat on, the thickness of MMF seems good. Measures about 2-2.5mm without the mat, so prob. 1.5mm with the mat in place.

I rolled out MMF (no tylose/gumpaste added) and left in freezer for about 30 min. Set up machine, and son pushed all the buttons. We did decrease the pressure to low, but on soft MMF got a couple of pretty decent cuts (simple flower).

His creative juices are flowing now! I told him he could play again after school tomorrow. I guess I need to roll several sheets of fondant to be ready!
