What are your favorite instructional books/dvds for piping techniques/ideas that are NOT Wilton?

DVDs by Sugarshack and JenniferMI on a whole slew of techniques. As for books, anything by Peggy Porschen, Lindy Smith, Mich Turner, Collette Peters, Elisa Strauss, etc. Go to Barnes and Noble and look at some of the books. It depends on what you want to learn. If you want to get into gumpaste, DVDs by Nick Lodge are good and there are a number of books on various gumpaste techniques as well. It's all in the eye of the beholder!
