I am looking at a new kitchen tomorrow for rental space, I think I know everything I need to ask, but I'd like your opinions. What are some essential questions to ask, and what are the absolute necessities the kitchen needs to have? Thank you so muchicon_smile.gif Also how much is the going rate, it will be on a need be basis and unless I am making a cake I will not leave my things there?
