Can you put IMBC under fondant with little or no ill effects??
yes! get it nice and hard in the fridge first though! then once it comes to room temp it will be fine
That's what we use. The fondant goes on so easily if the IMBC has been in the fridge for awhile, just like CakeandDazzle said!
I only use IMBC. Works great under fondant.
