One day we will see a cake exhibition in a museum gallery. I can already see an exhibit on baking tools through the ages, cake styles throughout the century, cakes of different cultures, hall of cake masters (Collette Peters, Margaret Braun, Toba Garrett, Israel, Duff, Buddy, etc..).
