I'm also doing a South Park cake and have decided to do a sheet cake covered with fondant to make it look like snow. On top of that I'm going to make RKT mounds covered with green fondant to look like mountains and I purchased some little south park figures that my nephew wanted to put on also. I saw one where they had modeled them out of gum paste but I dont have the skill level for that. Good luck!
