Anyone has good ideas / styles for Mother's Day fondant & buttercream cakes and cupcakes?

Also,has anyone had any luck finding a very deep red to colour gum paste roses? I've only seen Wilton Red-Red and Wilton Christmas Red (which is more like a pink red and I end up having to use red-red).

Have you tried americolor super red?

How about a cupcake bouquet? There's lots of advice on here, as well as tutorials!

or a teapot? and cupcakes as teacups.

BuT I also love the idea of cupcake bouquet as cakerock suggested.

For the color, have you tried adding any black or brown in small amounts to the red to darken it? I have come up with some beautiful shades of red by doing this. HTH!
