Okay- so my new cake business officiall begins tomorrow! YAY! I will be moving all my supplies into my new licensed kitchen and ordering supplies. I use the sps system for all of my wedding cakes and 3+ tier cakes, but I am tired of using regular cake boards for all of my other cakes. I am thinking of ordering a large amount of pre-cut foam core cake boards, and was looing for some feedback.

Do you use these? Are they helpful? I like that I can still dowel through the entire cake. Where do you order them from? I found the website: http://www.logicpic.com/QA.htm

They seem to have a good selection.

Anyways, thanks in advance! I am so excited to start ordering supplies tomorrow!

I use SPS for all cakes every time. Why would you want to take a chance with a two tier cake?
