I bought some "water lights" at I party and also a blinking balloon light there for this cake I just did....

There are tons on clearance right now at the dollar stores that were meant for pumpkin lights.

AHi, can you tell me how you turned them on?

AYou just twist the bottom and they go on. The lights that I had didn't turn off. They last for about 8 hours.

About
