Hello fellow cake addicts,
I was wondering if anyone uses Toba Garrett's chocolate fudge recipe and if you find that it is stable enough to use for stacking? I find it soft and moist but I'm afraid that it may not hold up with the weight of the cake.
Also, I've made some in cupcakes but it sinks in the middle.
I've never used her receipe for a stacked cake. I use the Amazing Chocolate WASC cake receipe found on this site. It's an awesome chocolate cake.
