Please Help Buttercream Not Sticking To Cake

Please help my buttercream does not stick to my cake it keeps peeling off why? soo frustrating!

Hello!

Add some water or milk to your buttercream. If it's too stiff, it won't adhere to the cake.

Yep, I agree. The thicker the BC, the more difficult it will be to apply. You may want to try applying a thinned out crumb coat, let that dry or firm in the fridge, then apply your thicker BC over that.

Is your cake really moist on the outside? That can cause problems with the icing wanting to stick as well.

Try thinnng your buttercream. Sounds like it's probably too thick.
