Hi everyone!

I have a cake due for next Saturday that is a scuba and wine theme. He would like me to replace the scuba tanks with wine bottles. I am thinking of using 4 x 2 rounds for the wine bottles and rkt for the neck....any suggestions on how to prevent the neck of the bottle from breaking off? It will be laying flat.
