i have a cake to have ready by sunday afternoon and wondering if i can decorate it today and wondering if it will still be moist by then??? i have so much going on tomorrow hoping i can do it today..can i???? thanks in advance!

Of course! Most of us decorate 2 to 3 days in advance.

Yes, it will be fine. I always have my cake decorated at least 24 hours before it's due. That way if there are any issues I have time to fix the problem icon_wink.gif

I plan my schedule around my cakes, but yes, I too decorate AT LEAST 24 hrs in advance. I've never had complaints about a cake being dried out at all icon_biggrin.gif

ahahahah how sad am I then that I am always decorating right till the very last fippling second, and then some! Guess it's good I don't do this for a living! icon_wink.gif
