I have to do a topsy turvy wedding cake - any suggestions how would be best to transport this cake. I have to deliver it 25 miles away. Won't have a place to put it together on site - hoping someone has delivered with success a 4 tier topsy turvy cake.

Well, if you're doing the style where the bottoms are actually flat, then you can use SPS and have no worries.
