Cricut Cake Cartridges Interchangable??

Does anyone know if the Cricut cake cartridges can be used in the regular cricuts? The appear to be the same and you can use the regular carts in the cricut cake...just wondering if it's visa versa.

From what I have read, the cartridges are interchangeable.
