I have searched and unable to find a frosting recipe using spenda or something other than 10X sugar.

Anyone know of one?

Thanks in advance

The only thing I have found is using a box of sugarfree pudding mix and mixing with heavy whipping cream. It comes out more like a thick mousse and I spread it on my cake. I has to be refrigerated, but my family loves it.

thank you so much!!

Not sure how much I can decorate that, but will try. I have some royal icing flowers I might can use.

Any suggestions?

You could decorate with fondant and tell them not to eat or royal. You should be able to pipe a border with it (swirls, rosettes). Other than that you would need to use something else.

Both my mother and father are diabetic so I have been looking. If someone else has any other ideas, I would love to know.

Here is a recipe using powdered sugar made from splenda and cream cheese http://www.recipezaar.com/recipe/Homemade-Powdered-Sugar-With-Splenda-and-Glazes-241843.
