I JUST ordered my Agbay leveler today! icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif
I have always done one layer of filling between (2) 2" tiers, and now would like to try more...maybe 3??
I am thinking that the standard way of filling (stiff dam w/ coupler & then fill) would not work as cake layers get thinner & thinner. If a tier is torted into 3 (or more) layers, how is the filling done??? Thanks!

I usually use 3 layers of filling and 4 layers of cake. You need to not add too much filling on each tier, because you are going to have more than one layer of filling as opposed to one. And like always use a dam. I always do this and have never had any problems....like I said dont put too much filling in each tier icon_smile.gif

I still use a dam... I just do it thinner than usual. So you don't have too much filling. To each his own, but I don't like a cake when it has more filling than cake icon_biggrin.gif........I love cake! lol
