Is there anyone in or near Roanoke who could do a vegan wedding cake. Here's what the bride wrote to me: I am looking to someone to do a wedding cake for me, for Sunday, June 27th. I need a vegan cake (no dairy or eggs.) No chocolate, and no coffee. The rest I really couldn't care less about. I will have approx. 150 guests, and that's an over-estimation
