I need to make a bridal shower cake and was thinking of decorating the cake with a draped bridal dress on it. Can someone explain how to do this, if you know of a link , you can copy it and share. Thanks

I'm not sure exactly what kind of cake you're thinking of. Here are a couple of examples of cakes I've seen a lot on this site. One is three dimensional and the other is two dimensional.
