Hi,
I'm working with chocolate MMF for the 1st time and have a question. When you roll out chocolate MMF should you use cocoa powder to dust the work surface and rolling pin instead of powder sugar? Would cocoa powder give it a bitter taste?

I would think that cocoa powder would give it a bitter taste, and be very expensive. Powder sugar or corn starch will work just fine.
