I am working on a 75th birthday cake for a man that has 6 kids and 15 grandkids. Due to health issues, he really doesnt do much anymore except just enjoy time with his grandkids. I would like to depict all of the kids and grandkids on the sides of a round cake in little family groupings using little stick people in primary colors like they were drawn by the children.

Does anyone have any thoughts about the saying for the top?

"ex. __________ 75 years in the making"? I dont know. I'm stuck.
