Looking for a recipe or advice on how to make a white cake (using cake mixes) with bits or chunks of fresh strawberries. I have a bride that tasted a cake such as this at a bridal show and now has requested it for her wedding. Please help! Thank you!

You can add frozen berries, so substituting small bits (not chunks) of fresh shouldn't be an issue:

I have a wonderful strawberry cake recipe that uses white cake mix, strawberry jello & frozen strawberries. (Just baked it yesterday.) Sometimes, I layer strawberry mousse and sliced fresh strawberries and ice with Bettercreme. Yum!!
