The ratio is different for white chocolate. White chocolate uses nearly double the chocolate to cream.

Hi, for white choc ganache I use 1:3 ratio of heavy/double cream to white chocolate. icon_smile.gif

I would like to know if you can use regular chocolate ganache under butter cream for cakes other than chocolate cakes?
