I was asked to make this topsey turvey cake for a young couple at church. At first they were wanting 200 servings, but now say they only need 100. I'm thinking that I would need to cut out some tiers to lower the servings. Does anyone have suggestions on tier sizes to use? I've been out of the cake loop for awhile. Thanks.
I'd do a 6"/9"/12" for 100 servings.
