Go to vistaprint.com and use their brochure layouts. Easy.

I looked around at various brochures and came up with a format I like. I took it and pictures to a local print company and they created a fantastic, very professional brochure for me. I get lots of orders from my brochure alone. I recommend a professional - it's worth the extra cost to me to get something that looks this good and I could never have created it.
