Not sure if it applies to all Michaels, texas Michaels has there foam core 20 x30x3/16" is on sale for 99cents,(regular $2.99) thumbs_up.gif

Their on sale her in Toledo also! Thanks for the tip! I've gotten them from the Dollar Tree here but at dollar stores you can never be sure if they keep them in stock....

I see. That's a great idea!! I found that cake board get soggy sometime but I didn't know how to fix it. Does the foam break into the cake when you put the middle dowel through all tiers? Thank you icon_smile.gif

Its in the ad for Central Florida..

Questions.. I double up on the ones I buy from Dollar tree do you all double up on the 3/16" ones. Not sure what the one from Dollar Tree is but I always worry about it not being strong enough

They are on sale in SC as well....Mindy, I've used the foam from $Tree and it was the same as the 1 from Michaels.
