I need to make a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I need the cake to be firm enough to stack and decorate and the frosting has to be workable so that it can be used for basket weave. Does anybody have any recipes that will work for both cake and frosting? Please help I need to make this cake for April 21...Thank you

Carrot cake is by nature a sturdy cake and as long as the CC icing is free of add ins will pipe beautifully. As for recipes, visit the recipe section...they are all rated by stars, just choose ones with the most stars.
