Hi - I just found 4 inch high pans online. This is news to me but maybe others have been using these? Anyone with experience on these heights?
I'm wondering about how they bake up? do you need a flower nail inside?
It could be a major time saver....
I have got a few 4" high pans, i got them because i love my cakes to be tall. mine are made by pme i think. they are fantastic, i love them. i use a flower nail in all cakes now, but thats because i panick about them being cooked enough, i probably dont really need them! lol
