How many servings will a purse cake make if it is done in a nine inch round? I have to make one for 15 people and I want to know if it would be big enough. I am talking about the one you cut in half and put together. Thanks

If you are not trimming any away you should have enough servings using 1 9" round.

According to this a 2 layer 9in serves 32. So if you did one layer I'd say it will serve about 16 people, that is if you aren't triming or carving anything off.
