I've had much success with WASC and have made a coconut version in the past, but forgot to write down my alteration to the recipe. Anyone have any suggestions?

I believe I substituted the almond extract with coconut extract and added coconut flakes...just can't remember how much.

I really don't have time to experiment so any suggestions would be great!

How about substituting coconut milk for some of the water, or coconut cream for some of sour cream?

Sub the coconut extract for the almond.
