Hey guys, I am looking for the formula/ratio for how much paramont crystals need to be blended with how much candy melts for the Kathy Scott Petit fours molds. I normally wing it, but am trying to teach someone else to do it consistently.
And yes, I did several searches, which I really suck at. icon_cry.gif

Did you find out the ratio? I have done searches too but I could not find anything either. I just melt very small amounts candy melts once in a while, so if you find out the ratio please let me know too. Thanks in advance...

I don't remember where I got this but I tried it and it works great for me

Paramount Crystals
Melt 1or 2 tablespoons with one pound of coating for a creamer candy. Paramount Crystals also help make coating more fluid and easier to work with when coatings are difficult to melt...especially good to use in colored coatings or coatings more than 4 months old.
