Hi everyone, i would like to know if anyone has used the fondant made by Bakery craft Ice and Easy and if so please tell what is your experience with it.
I used it and didn't like it. Mine had lumps of hard fondant in it that I had to remove in order to really roll it out well. It wasn't terribly sticky to me though, which was nice.
I received samples at ICES in Chicago. Like the chocolate but not the white. Also, had purchased a bucket from a local supplier that no longer carries my favorite brand. I had to nuke some in the bucket to get it soft enough to work with. Wasn't really that crazy about it - didn't like the smell.
