I've never used icing sheets but am starting to think these might be better for my Cricut than gumpaste when I'm wanting to do something small or intricate. My letters tend not to do very well in my Cricut. What kind are best and are there any different types of variety? My thought is that these can't be any worse to eat than fondant? Also, can they be airburshed or colored? Thanks.

Try icingimages.com Yes they can be airbrushed or you can print on them with an edible image printer then cut them.

I have heard people using them in their cricuts but I would get more info before you tried though...

Our Premium Icing Sheets work great in the cricuts since they do not dry out and crack as easily as others. I can send you some samples if you want to try it before you buy.
