Can I Airbrush On White Chocolate Modeling Paste?

I will be using modeling chocolate to make a Dragon. Can i airbrush direct on chocolate? or do I need to color modeling chocolate first?
Any help is appreciated

You should be able to. Use several very light coats, allowing them to dry inbetween.
