Hello everyone! help!! Does anyone have instructions on how to make a gift box cake with the lid open?? Any tips suggestions are always welcome.

Do you have a cake buddy that owns Sharon Zambito's "Boxes and Bows" DVD? It has wonderful instruction for the open box. If you can borrow one, do it soon, as you need time to make that top!
