My son is turnng 12 and he doesn't like Cake...(who's child is this?!). Anyway, he want a cookie sheet. Okay, but he wants it to look like a hockey jersey. Can you layer cookie sheets then decorate just like a regular cake? What recipe should I use for the cookie? This is a new one for me, any help would be greatly appreciated!

that sounds yummy!

I would do a CCC and use buttercream in the middle.

Just make sure you prick it all over before you bake it icon_smile.gif

You definitely can. Here is a picture of a cookie cake I did, i also included a picture of it cut so you can see the inside.

I just used my regular chocolate chip cookie recipe and bake it in a cake pan (i used parchment in the bottom so I didn't have to worry about the cookie sticking at all) Once they were all cool I layered with buttercream and decorated like normal.
