I dont' know if any of you know of "Festival" grocery store. But they make some very good non-dairy whipped topping. It tastes just like whipped cream, but doesn't melt. Anyone know a good recipe?

Are you in MN? This side of the US is "Rich's Bettercreme", which is a non-dairy whipped topping that is shelf-life stable for about a week after whipping it up. It is sweet, more like a sweetened whip cream. On the Western side of the US is Pastry Pride. The 2 are similar, altho I believe Rich's BC is sweeter. (I like Pastry Pride better, myself, just MHO.)
