There are several threads on pricing in the business forums

Things one needs to know before offering a quote or pricing guess:

- size of cakes and/or
- number of servings
- cost of materials
- length of time for production (broken down, such as how much for the figurines?)
- any special materials (fondant vs BC; cooked filling vs sleeved filling, etc)
- delivery included in price or separate
- how far (in miles and/or time) is delivery
- where you are located (prices of materials in Alaska are much differnt than prices in Indiana)
- ROI you want to make
- overhead costs per unit
