Where Do You Get Your Supplies?

I am doing some research on where to buy my paper supplies. Is there anyplace that is cheeper when you buy in bulk? Here are the things I know I will need to buy a lot of:
cake boards
cake plate (sps)
plastic dowels
cake boxes (does anyone know if there is a place that sells them with the lid already cut off?)
cupcake liners/trays

I think that is all for now, unless I am forgetting something. I know I can get supplies from a lot of the online stores, but I was hoping there is somewhere to buy as a business.
