Hi everybody,

I would like to make some cupcakes decorated with fondant like in the following link:
http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1629799&sub=1629801

The problem is; I can't find any recepie with gr. measurement, all of them are with 'cup' measurements. I live in Turkey and I do not know the cup measurement. I also can't find the exact measurements of how many grams of sugar, flour etc. is equal to 1 cup. Some sites say 205 gr some other say 220 gr :S

In short, I need recepies for cupcakes with grams measurement. Can anybody give me recepies or tell me where can I find them?

Thanks

it doesn't work like that....hmmmm....how do I explain it. if you have 250g of bricks and 250g of feathers they weigh the same but don't take up the same amount of space...so you would have less than a cup of bricks and way more than a cup of feathers for the same weight.....make sense??? That's why you can't convert it like that.

Just use whatever recipe you use for cake batter but scoop it into muffin tins...

mthiberge is completely correct. The measurements are by volume, not weight. However, I did find a web page that may (or may not) help you out.

Good luck! Keep us posted on what you end up with.
