Hi all! I was wondering if anyone lives in the Baltimore, MD area or suburbs that might know of any place that I can buy hi-ratio/emulsified shortening. Ordering it online and having it shipped is proving to be too costly since the cake I am doing is a freebie, and I don't have a professional license to shop in a place like the restaurant depot.
