which square pans do you prefer magic line or fat daddio
I started out with Wilton and upgraded to Magic Line. Since then, I've never looked back.
agreed! especially with a square.. it's so much easier to ice or cover a cake and get those sharp edges when the cake underneath is the same shape. definitely worth the investment!
I have magic line, they are great.
if you get the wilton "professional" pans they have nice square sharp corners, fat daddios square pans have a slightly rounded corner on them, but the cakes seem to bake up pretty square
