wouldnt you have a big hole in the top of your cake from the rod?

would take alot of stress out of delivering large stacked cakes though!

I have one here to try, it will be on display at the Ohio ICES DOS in April. VERY well made, and the folks that own the company are extremely helpful. Did you see the video of them taking a cake in the BAGGAGE area of the planes to get to Texas??? One of them was real cake, and it made it in perfect condition!

You might search the board - as I remember, somebody on this forum won one of these cafesafes in a promotion a few months ago. They could tell you if they liked it.
