Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any tips on how to make sugar beads?

There was a great example on the Ultimate Cake Off by Team Zambito. I believe it was made with poured sugar. (I'll try to attach pictures of their cake, I hope it takes)

Thanks for any tips you can share!

I would pm sugarshack (Sharon Zambito) and ask her.

I've watched people do them before. You put the string in the mold and pour the sugar over the string into the mold. When the sugar cools you just pull the string and the jewels are magically attached. Then you can drape them any way you want

What is the recipe for the beads? Is it Isomalt or sugar? Would love to try these. Thanks.

Can anyone explain how to use Isomalt to me? I purchased a small bag just to play around with and see what it did, but there's no instructions what so ever! Any tips/help would be GREAT!
