How do you get the foot on the pregnant belly? TIA!

on the ones i've done, i just made the foot out of fondant, put it in the buttercream layer and then placed the fondant over it. then, i would use a paintbrush to push the fondant down around the foot so the outline was visible. good luck and be sure and post a pic when you are finished!
