I am looking for ideas for sweet 16th birthday. Want to make cupcakes but not sure what to put on the cakes. Thought of mini purse cutouts. Need help.

The mini purse idea is good! You could do some with the mini purses and maybe some with the zebra print? It seems to be pretty popular with that age group! (I think it looks super cute too!)
