I am making some cookies and I need a filling with a similar to pastry creme or mousse, that doesn't need to be regrigerated. These cookies are going to be shipped and have no idea what to fill them with.

Buttercream is out of the question because, well, people here don't like it.

I would really appreciate any help.

ganache (white, milk, o dark chocolate) or jam would be ideal
