I'm so excited and I just wanted to share! I didn't think it was possible to make good tasting MMF Kosher for Passover. During the rest of the year it's really hard to do because most Kosher Marshmallows don't taste very good (IMHO), and Passover Marshmallows tend to be just okay in flavor and kind of tough. But, lo and behold, this year I found a Kosher for Passover Marshmallow Creme (Fluff) and using NESMAR's Easy Marshmallow Fondant recipe I just made my very own MMF Fondant!!!

I can't wait to make some beautiful decorations for a friend's birthday cupcakes! In case anyone wants to find the marshmallow creme, it is made by Savion. This gives me so many options for decorating Passover desserts!
